All items to be returned/exchanged/refunded must meet the following conditions:

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and returned back at customer’s expense.
If you receive defective or damaged products, please notify us within 24 hours with your order ID and pictures at kokumcare@gmail.com.
If the package appears tampered, do not accept delivery and notify us immediately. If delivery is accepted, it will be assumed the package was received securely.
Studio Kokum reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation and ensure refunds are processed within reasonable time.
